The System Sensor 2451 photoelectronic detectors utilize state-of-the-art, optical sensing chambers. Also, these detectors are designed to provide open area protection and to be used with compatible UL-listed control panels only. Besides, model 2451TH has the same specifications as Model System Sensor 2451, with the addition of a built-in fixed temperature (135°F–57°C) thermal detection unit. The capability of plugging these detectors into a variety of special bases makes them more versatile than equivalent direct-wired models.

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at FIREALARMPARTSDEPOT.COM If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers must receive an authorization number (RMA) from FIREALARMPARTSDEPOT.COM prior to returning any parts. Customers are responsible for return freight and must include the authorized RMA number on the box. If available, please include a copy of the invoice or picking list for the original shipment. RMA numbers are valid for 60 days from issue date. Returns are subject to a restocking fee for non-warranty or FIREALARMPARTSDEPOT.COM error returns that are returned over 90 days from purchase date. Only items that are currently stocked are eligible for return. Items returned without an RMA Number are subject to refusal or a restocking fee. Freight Collect or COD returns will be refused. All items must be returned complete and unused.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
