You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
The System Sensor 2351B (2351B-IV) photoelectric detector’s re-designed optical sensing chamber is engineered to sense smoke produced by a wide range of combustion sources in accordance with more stringent code standards. The sensitivity of Select Series detectors can be programmed using the control panel software to suit the environment. The 2351BR (2351BR-IV) photoelectric detector is also remote test capable for use with a DNR (DNRW) duct smoke detector. The 2351TB (2351TB-IV) multi-sensor detector offers either photoelectric detection or thermal detection through dual electronic thermistors at 135°F (57°C) fixed temperature thermal sensing.

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at FIREALARMPARTSDEPOT.COM If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers must receive an authorization number (RMA) from FIREALARMPARTSDEPOT.COM prior to returning any parts. Customers are responsible for return freight and must include the authorized RMA number on the box. If available, please include a copy of the invoice or picking list for the original shipment. RMA numbers are valid for 60 days from issue date. Returns are subject to a restocking fee for non-warranty or FIREALARMPARTSDEPOT.COM error returns that are returned over 90 days from purchase date. Only items that are currently stocked are eligible for return. Items returned without an RMA Number are subject to refusal or a restocking fee. Freight Collect or COD returns will be refused. All items must be returned complete and unused.
