EST3 supports a full range of annunciator options for Mass Notification/Emergency Communication (MNEC), Life Safety and other purposes. Annunciator cabinets are constructed from 16 gauge cold rolled steel. The gray textured enamel finish of the annunciators complements any decor. Both surface and semi-flush mounting cabinet configurations maximize mounting flexibility and esthetic appeal. Cabinet arrangements allow both LED and LCD annunciation to easily combine in a single enclosure. Slide in labeling for LEDs and switches provides designation flexibility for labeling in local languages. For graphic annunciation EST3 offers LED driver boards perfectly suited to operate in most graphic annunciators.

Returns Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at FIREALARMPARTSDEPOT.COM If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers must receive an authorization number (RMA) from FIREALARMPARTSDEPOT.COM prior to returning any parts. Customers are responsible for return freight and must include the authorized RMA number on the box. If available, please include a copy of the invoice or picking list for the original shipment. RMA numbers are valid for 60 days from issue date. Returns are subject to a restocking fee for non-warranty or FIREALARMPARTSDEPOT.COM error returns that are returned over 90 days from purchase date. Only items that are currently stocked are eligible for return. Items returned without an RMA Number are subject to refusal or a restocking fee. Freight Collect or COD returns will be refused. All items must be returned complete and unused.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
